    2. USD Email Address
    3. Product Name (application fee, enrollment deposit, camp, conference, workshop etc.)
    4. Product Description
    5. Start and End Dates for Publication
    6. Price
    7. Discount Offered (if applicable)
    8. Please attach any images or art to be displayed
    9. Attributes (attributes allow you to collect multiple fields of information (first name, last name, address, phone number, email address, etc.))
    10. Index / Fund / Org numbers for Funds
