Unable to connect to Smart Devices Network

Issue/Question

error: Can't validate identity provider return message: Status code is not success

Environment

  • Wifi
  • Smart Devices Network
  • Cisco Prime
  • Packetfence

Resolution

  1.  Please contact the Service Desk with the following information: 
    1. MAC Address
    2. Device you are trying to connect
    3. Full error message
  2. Work around
    • Once the error pops up Click Register Device
    • Enter your credentials
    • You should be able to see your device, Click Register Device to register
