Unable to connect to Smart Devices Network

Issue/Question

error: Can't validate identity provider return message: Status code is not success

Environment

Wifi
Smart Devices Network
Cisco Prime
Packetfence

Resolution

Work around
- Once the error pops up Click Register Device
- Enter your credentials
- You should be able to see your device, Click Register Device to register
If you are still having issues, Please contact the Service Desk with the following information:
1. MAC Address, Finding MAC Address for Smart Devices Registration
2. Device you are trying to connect
3. Full error message
