Bluetooth Isn't Working on My Laptop

Issue/Question

I need help fixing my bluetooth driver.  There is an error picture next to it in Device Manager.

Environment

  • Lenovo Laptop
  • Device Manager
  • Windows Updates
  • Lenovo Driver Updates

Resolution

  1.  Follow Computer Needing Updates
    Note:      If issue persists follow steps below
  2.  Perform a Hard Reset
    1. Turn laptop off
    2. Remove the power adapter
    3. Locate the small Reset hole on the bottom of the laptop
    4. Use a paperclip to press the Reset Button for 5 seconds
    5. Plug power adapter in
    6. Turn system on
