Sign-in Issues with Metasys

Issue/Question

Why can some users sign-in to the Metasys Launcher but not the Web UI?

Environment

• Metasys
• Web Browser

Cause

A mismatched userPrincipalName and sAMAccountName will cause sign-in issues for the web UI
