Second Monitor Displaying No Image

Issue/Question

Unable to view 2nd monitor screen-blank/black.

Environment

• Desktop
• Laptop with external monitor

Cause

Display is set to PC Screen Only

Bad video cable

Resolution

1. Try restarting the computer
2. Reseat monitor video cable
3. Press + P at the same time
   1. Press the Down Arrow and press ENTER on Extend
   2. Both displays should now show up rather than only one
4. Replace display cable
