Guest User Having Issue Accessing Microsoft Teams Site

Issue/Question

A user outside of USD is unable to access a USD Microsoft Teams site that they have been invited to as a guest - they may see the following message:

There was a problem signing you in, Click here to sign in 

Log in attempt will hang

Environment

• Microsoft Teams

Cause

Guest account may not have been created correctly or sync may have failed

Resolution

1.  Please contact the Service Desk with the following information: 
   1. Teams site link
   2. Account Name trying to access the Teams site
