Requesting Testing Center Computer Be Exempt From Duo

Issue/Question

Would it be possible to disable the duo authentication requests for my account on a classroom computer?

Environment

• Duo
• Testing Center

Cause

Testers are not allowed to bring their phones into the Testing Center with them to approve Duo requests 

Resolution

1. Testing Center computers are exempt from Duo requests
2. If you are prompted to authenticate via Duo in the Testing Center please contact the Service Desk with the following information so we can resolve the issue: 
   1. Computer Name where you are receiving the prompt
