Unlocking Application in Perceptive Content

Issue/Question

Perceptive Content crashed while reviewing an application and now the application is locked and I can't move it on

This has been like this for two days and I need to be able to move this application. Everyone says they are out of it.

Error: This item cannot be opened because it is locked by you or another user in a different session.

Resolution

  1. If possible wait an hour or two and try opening the application again
    • Documents may unlock after a period of time. 
  2. For further assistance please contact the Service Desk with the following information: 
    1. What applicant this was for
    2. What queue they were in
