Cause

Multiple reasons a mass email could need to be sent

Resolution

1.  Please contact the Service Desk with the following information: 
   1. A listing of all of the users needing to receive the email
   2. Email Sender
   3. Email Subject
   4. Email body
   5. Attachment (Optional)
