How to share Google Sheets with specific people?
Answer
You can share with people that have a Google Account.
- Click Share (green button on the top right of the screen).
- Under Share with People and Groups, type the email address or Google Group you want to share with.
- To choose what someone can do with your file, click the Down arrow
- If you don’t want to notify people, uncheck Notify people.
- Click Send. An email is sent to people you shared with.
