Share Google Sheets with specific people

How to share Google Sheets with specific people?

Answer

You can share with people that have a Google Account.

  1. Click Share (green button on the top right of the screen).
  2. Under Share with People and Groups, type the email address or Google Group you want to share with.
  3. To choose what someone can do with your file, click the Down arrow 
  4. If you don’t want to notify people, uncheck Notify people.
  5. Click Send. An email is sent to people you shared with.
