Export to PDF Grackle Docs

Question

How do I create a PDF with Grackle Docs?

Answer

Grackle Docs creates accessible PDFs using the Export to PDF button located in the top of the Grackle Docs window panel next to the Re-Check button.  Clicking Export to PDF will first bring up a dialogue box asking to Allow Grackle access to Google Drive to create accessible PDFs. Click Allow.

You may get another dialogue box stating Grackle Docs wants to access your Google Account. Click Allow. You will then get a success message that access has been granted and close the window.

Click Export to PDF again.  If you have any items that did not pass the accessibility check, you will get the response Some items did not pass the accessibility check. Do you still wish to generate your PDF? Fix all issues before continuing.

Once all issues are resolved, then you are ready to click Export to PDF.  A dialogue box will appear that will give you options for saving your PDF.  Click any that apply. Specify the folder where you want to save the PDF. Click START.

While the PDF generation is processing, a progress bar will appear. Once it is processed, a message will appear that says Your PDF has been generated.  Click Download to save a copy to your computer. Click Close.  The process is now complete.
