Issue/Question
Unable to connect wireless keyboard to my computer

Wireless Mouse and Keyboard
Cause
Keyboard is not Bluetooth. It requires a receiver
Resolution
Plug wireless receiver that came with the keyboard into the computer
If the device has a power switch ensure it is in the on position
If the device requires batteries they may need to be replaced
