Who can remove collaborators on Google Docs?

Answer

The owner of a doc or file can control exactly who has access to their doc and how much access each person has. If the owner of a doc has enabled the setting that allows editors to change sharing permissions, editors can also change the visibility state or invite and remove collaborators.
