Logon to Perceptive Content - ImageNow
Right-click
Batch
Click
Properties
Set
State
to Idle or a prior state
If the steps above do not take care of th issue, the batch may be corrupt
Re-scan batch
Alternatively - export batch and re-import or print batch and re-scan
If new batch processed to workflow then delete old batch
Right-click on the

Click
delete
