Issue/Question
- I can't leave the batch to go over the workflow
- I have a document stuck in Working status
- Error: This batch is waiting to be processed by batch agent
Environment
- ImageNow / Perceptive Content
Resolution
- Logon to Perceptive Content - ImageNow
- Right-click Batch
- Click Properties
- Set State to Idle or a prior state
- If the steps above do not take care of th issue, the batch may be corrupt
- Re-scan batch
- Alternatively - export batch and re-import or print batch and re-scan
- If new batch processed to workflow then delete old batch
- Right-click on the Batch
- Click delete
