Received an email titled TeamDynamix Workflow Step Assignment

Environment

  • TeamDynamix

Resolution

  1. Click the link in the email for the approval step to send you to the Approval/Rejection screen
  2. Log in to Coyote One Stop with your USD credentials if required
  3. To view more details about the ticket, click on the title of the ticket (under the "Details" section on the left)
  4. Click either the Approve button or the Reject button
  5. Provide a brief comment
  6. Click Save
