Foundation has hired a new employee, how can we get them a USD Account and a card for door access.

Supervisor fill out and submit the
Account Request Form
Users will get a USD Account and a USD Email Address
Once Account is created
If door access to Wagner Building is needed, supervisor fill out and submit the
Door Access Request Form
Note:

Instructions
New Employee go to Service Desk to have a card printed or
Request a Card
Card will be used for Pharos printing and Wagner door access if applicable
User should be enabled to use Coyote Card Mobile
