Cannot Access Adobe Fonts

Issue/Question

I cannot use Adobe Fonts in the computer lab

Fine Arts 175 computers do not allow students to use Adobe Fonts for Creative Cloud

Environment

• Adobe Creative Cloud Shared Device License
• Adobe Fonts service
• Computer Lab

Cause

Students must be added to Creative Cloud Shared Device Access for Higher Education product in Adobe Admin console.

Resolution

1.  Please contact the Service Desk with the following information: 
   1. Student email addresses of those that cannot access Fonts
   2. Or full course name if it is an entire class
      Note: The Adobe Fonts access available to students is a limited subset of fonts available in the Adobe Creative Cloud Suite.  If access to the full library of over 4,000 fonts is needed see Requesting an Adobe Creative Cloud License
