Receiving eAccounts Mobile Error Something Went Wrong

Issue/Question

Error: Sorry something went wrong:  Your login is correct, but your account has not been properly registered in your school's Transact system and we cannot access your account information.  Please contact your campus program administrator or card office to resolve this issue.

Error: Unable to load institutional details

Environment

  • eAccounts
  • Coyote Card Mobile
  • Transact

Resolution

  1. You will need to have an image on file to use Coyote Card Mobile
    • On Campus: Go to Coyote Card Office
      • I D Weeks Library Room 104
    • Online: Go to the Coyote Card service to submit your photo
  2. Remove and reinstall eAccounts on the device
  3. Verify you are able to access Coyote Card Online 
    • Sign in with your USD Email Address
  4.  Please contact the Service Desk with the following information: 
    1. Type of Mobile Device: Android or iPhone
    2. Name and model of the mobile device (ie - Samsung S21 or iPhone 13)
    3. OS version installed on the mobile device
