Jaggaer Contracts Plus Word Add-in Not Working Properly

Issue/Question

Jaggear word document for Contracts Plus does not save data entry

Environment

• Windows 10
• Microsoft Word 365
• Jaggaer Contracts Plus Word Add-in

Cause

Hardware Acceleration causes the Add-in to have a code entered every time 

Resolution

1. Open Microsoft Word
2. Click File
3. Select Options
4. Select Advanced
5. Click Disable hardware graphics acceleration
6. Click Ok
