User(s) can't log in to Study Abroad (Terra Dotta)

Environment

  • Colleague
  • Microsoft SQL Server
  • SFTP

Cause

The data import file may not contain the user that is having issues attempting to log in. 

Resolution

  1.  Please contact the Service Desk with the following information: 
    1. Name
    2. Email
    3. Other identifying information
