Can I get an email notification when new employees complete initial HR training?

Cause

Training managers need to be informed about the status of training campaigns in KnowBe4

Resolution

Creating a Saved Report for Periodic Reporting

  1. Log into training.knowbe4.com as a training manager
  2. Click Reports
  3. Click Training Status by Campaign
  4. Under Training Campaigns select the campaign
  5. Under Date Range select the time frame for the report
  6. Click View Report
    Note: If nobody was assigned training, made progress on the training, or completed the training during the selected time frame, the report will be empty
  7. Click Save Report
  8. Enter a Saved Report Name
  9. Click  to save

Scheduling a Saved Report

  1. Log into training.knowbe4.com as a training manager
  2. Click Reports
  3. Click Saved Reports
  4. Find the report you want to schedule
  5. In the Actions column click 
  6. Click  Schedule
  7. Set a name for the Scheduled Report
  8. Optionally select a group to receive the report via email
  9. Select a Frequency
  10. Select a Start Time
  11. Choose a Format
  12. Click Submit
