Issue/Question

How can I see which employees have yet to complete assigned training in KnowBe4?

What is my training status?

Why am I getting notification that my training is not complete?

Training managers want to know the status of trainees in KnowBe4 training campaigns

Resolution

Training Participant

1. Log into training.knowbe4.com
2. Select Dashboard
3. Under Assignment Name, trainings and status will be listed
4. Click Incomplete, Not Started, In Progress, or Completed to view training and compete if needed
5. Policies and procedures that need to be acknowledged for a training to be complete
   1. Policy or procedure available within the training system
      1. Scroll down
      2. Click arrow 
      3. Accept 
   2. Policies or procedures as a link
      1. Click link
      2. Read document
      3. Accept in Knowbe4 training 

Training Manager

1. Log into training.knowbe4.com as a training manager
2. Click Training
3. Click the name of the campaign
4. Click Users
5. Click Incomplete, Not Started, In Progress, or Completed to view training ​​​​​​​lists
