Requesting to Restore Deleted Qualtrics Survey

Issue/Question

• Accidentally deleted a Qualtrics survey need to get it back
• Retrieve deleted surveys in Qualtrics

Environment

• Qualtrics

Resolution

1.  Please contact the Service Desk with the following information: 
   1. Name of user Qualtrics Account
   2. Name of Survey to be restored
   3. Are the Surveys Deleted Shared with User
      1. Owner of Survey
2. Once IT restores survey owner of survey will need to share the survey to appropriate people again
