VoIP Phone No Internet Access

Issue/Question

I cannot connect to the internet and my phone does not have a dial tone

  • Network
  • Cisco Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) phone

Cause

Problem with network connection

Resolution

  1. Verify that the Ethernet cable is plugged in
  2. Try unplugging the Ethernet cable and plug it back in
