How do I export a file from ImageNow

Environment

• Webnow
• Perceptive Content

Cause

User wants to export / save a file from ImageNow to upload to a different location

Resolution

Note:  The goal of a digital document repository system like ImageNow/Perceptive Content is to create an electronic form and not print or email it out again but instead to provide access for those that need access to view the document electronically.

1. Select the file and click Open, or double click the file
2. Click Export
3. Click the Format drop down and choose either .tiff or .pdf format
4. Click Browse and choose where to save the file
5. Select which pages to export as some may be blank
6. Click Okay to finalize
7. Check file destination when done
