Confirming 25Live Events to the USD Calendar

Confirming 25Live Event requested to be added to the USD Calendar 

Environment

Resolution

These directions are only for the marketing security group schedulers.  

First, create a search that will allow show any events that are asking to be promoted.

1. Log into 25Live Pro
2. Click Go to Search button
3. In the Select Object drop down, select Events
4. Click the toggle over to Advanced
5. Click Add Criteria button
6. Choose Custom Attribute
7. In drop down select Promote Event to Public Calendar – make sure the drop down indicates is True
8. Click Add Criteria button
9. Choose Custom Attribute
10. In drop down select Confirm Public Calendar Request – make sure the dropdown indicates  does not exist
    Note: Also make sure the drop down between these two criteria is “and”
11. Click on the Search button
12. Click on the Save As button – save it with a name that makes sense and also make sure Add to starred searches: is yes

Confirm promotion to USD Calendar

1. Click the event name
2. Review event information
3. Click the Add a Custom Attribute button
4. Select Confirm Public Calendar Request toggle to either yes or no
5. This is a Silent Save option, the event is now promoted to the USD Calendar
