Updating confirmed 25Live events to USD Calendar

Issue/Question

Adding already confirmed 25Live events to the USD Calendar 

Environment

  • 25Live

Cause

Confirmed events can not be edited by event requestors. 

Resolution

  1. Please contact the scheduler of the event or Marketing (events@usd.edu) with a link to the event or the AID number (example: 2021-ADBXEA) and ask for the event to be promoted to the USD Calendar
    1. When the event was confirmed, the requestor received an email
    2. The scheduler is listed on that email
