UPrint not Displaying Print Options

Issue/Question

When I try to print to the copier I am not able to choose duplex or staple settings.

Environment

• UPrint
• Pharos
• MultiFunction Copier
• Windows

Cause

The printer driver is not working correctly

Resolution

1.  Please contact the Service Desk with the following information: 
   1. Name

   3. Computer NI Number
