Receiving Warning at Top of Emails from New Addresses

Issue/Question

When I receive email from a new person, it has a message at the top

Error: You don't often get email from email@address.com. Learn why this is important

Environment

• USD Email

Cause

First Contact Safety Tip has been enabled on the USD email system

Resolution

1. This has been enabled at the server level to serve as a security feature
2. As you send and receive emails from new addresses, the system will learn and no longer warn for that email account
