ImageNow does not detect patchcode pages

How do I configure ImageNow to read patchcode pages?

Fujitsu scanner does not detect patchcode pages using PaperStream IP

  • Perceptive Content
  • Fujitsu scanner
  • PaperStream IP

Cause

ImageNow and PaperStream IP configurations are not set properly or are in conflict

Resolution

  1.  Please contact the Service Desk with the following information: 
    1. Name
    2. NI number of computer and scanner having the issue
