Returning Equipment

Issue/Question

I wanted to reach out and ask where I should drop it off to return it.

Environment

  • Cheqroom
  • Equipment Checkout

Resolution

  1. Return all checked out equipment to the USD Service Desk located in the I.D. Weeks Library room 104
    • You are responsible for the equipment while in your possession and may be charged the amount it will cost to replace the equipment if damaged or not returned
    • Equipment is to be returned within 24 hours or Cheqroom privileges will be revoked for 30 days
    • The second late return results in a 60 day ban from Cheqroom
    • The third late return results in a 90 day ban from Cheqroom
    • If equipment is 5 business days late, it will be considered stolen property. Cheqroom privileges will be permanently revoked and UPD will be contacted to retrieve the items
    • Checking out equipment for friends or checking out the same items consecutively will result in Cheqroom privileges will be revoked for 30 days
