Returning Equipment

Issue/Question

I wanted to reach out and ask where I should drop it off to return it.

Environment

  • Cheqroom
  • Equipment Checkout

Resolution

  1. Return all checked out equipment to the USD Service Desk located in the I.D. Weeks Library room 104
    • Service Desk is open Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm
  2. You are responsible for the equipment while in your possession and may be charged the amount it will cost to replace the equipment if damaged or not returned
  3. Equipment is to be returned at the scheduled return time
    • If it is 24 hours late Cheqroom privileges will be revoked for 30 days
      • The second late return results in a 60 day ban from Cheqroom
      • The third late return results in a 90 day ban from Cheqroom
    • If equipment is 5 business days late, it will be considered stolen property. Cheqroom privileges will be permanently revoked and UPD will be contacted to retrieve the items
  4. Checking out equipment for friends or checking out the same items consecutively will result in Cheqroom privileges will be revoked for 30 days
