I wanted to reach out and ask where I should drop it off to return it.
Environment
- Cheqroom
- Equipment Checkout
Resolution
- Return all checked out equipment to the USD Service Desk located in the I.D. Weeks Library room 104
- Service Desk is open Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm
- You are responsible for the equipment while in your possession and may be charged the amount it will cost to replace the equipment if damaged or not returned
- Equipment is to be returned at the scheduled return time
- If it is 24 hours late Cheqroom privileges will be revoked for 30 days
- The second late return results in a 60 day ban from Cheqroom
- The third late return results in a 90 day ban from Cheqroom
- If equipment is 5 business days late, it will be considered stolen property. Cheqroom privileges will be permanently revoked and UPD will be contacted to retrieve the items
- Checking out equipment for friends or checking out the same items consecutively will result in Cheqroom privileges will be revoked for 30 days
