Qualtrics survey link Issues not getting to the survey

Cause

  When typing in a link manually, lower case L looks the same as uppercase I

  Ex: ea1FxvtwISlTjs9

Resolution

  1. Clicking directly on the link works
  2. QR code was given out and it works
  3. Is the Link being typed correctly Pay attention to lower case L looks the same as uppercase I
