Resolution

We have found it helpful if you:

• Watch for emails with updated information regarding Open Enrollment
• We have attached instructions to assist with the account creation and open enrollment process
• Use Google Chrome as your browser
• Have access to the email account you plan on using  
  • Part of the registration process is to enter a verification code that will be emailed to you
• Have access to your DUO device if you are not using your own work computer
• Have your dependent’s/beneficiary’s information (SSN and date of birth required)
