How can someone else schedule or update Zoom meetings for me?
Environment
Cause
Assign or delegate a user or multiple users in your account to schedule meetings on your behalf.
Resolution
- Open Zoom app
- Sign on with single sign-on
- Click gear icon in the upper right hand corner to access settings
- Click Profile Icon
- Click Edit My Profile
- Click Settings
- Click Other
- Click + sign next to Assign scheduling privilege to
- Enter one or more email addresses in the window, separated with a comma
- Click Assign
Note: If the user was assigned correctly, their name will appear under Assign Scheduling Privilege to. They will need to sign out of Zoom and sign in again before they will be able to schedule meetings for you.
