I cannot access Cayuse

Error: opensaml::FatalProfileException
Error: We're sorry. This account has been disabled on the Cayuse424 system.
Error: ...User account 'first.last@usd.edu' from identity provider 'https://...' does not exist in tenant 'inova.org' and cannot access the application...

Resolution
Note: To request an account please complete and submit Cayuse Account form
- Log into Cayuse using your USD account
- If still having problems, clear cache and cookies
- Verify they are using their USD email
