I cannot access Cayuse

Error: Your session has expired because there was an error communicating with the server

Error: opensaml::FatalProfileException

Error: We're sorry. This account has been disabled on the Cayuse424 system.

Error: ...User account 'first.last@usd.edu' from identity provider 'https://...'  does not exist in tenant 'inova.org' and cannot access the application...

User email address changed from a @cayuse.usd.edu to @usd.edu

Resolution

Note: To request an account please complete and submit Cayuse Account form

  1. Log into Cayuse using your USD account
  2. If still having problems, clear cache and cookies
  3. Verify they are using their USD email
    Note:  If user account changed from @coyotes.usd.edu to @usd.edu and there study is missing under the new email, someone from their study team needs to go into their study, remove them and re add in order for the email to update in the study.
