Using GJIREVO to Delete Banner Report Output

Issue/Question

I have reviewed output from a Banner report and now I want to delete that output

Environment

  • Banner Admin

Cause

I want to review/delete the output of a previously run report in Banner

Resolution

  1. Follow the article Using GJIREVO to View Banner Report Output to the point where you've displayed the output (step 9)
  2. Press Shift-F6 (Delete Output)
  3. Click Yes in the message box in the upper right [Are you sure you want to delete xxxxx from the database?]
  4. The output file you selected will be deleted
  5. If more files to be deleted, simply press the F9 key to show the Processes You Have Saved dialog box
  6. Select the next file to review then repeat step 2, as appropriate
  7. Repeat for each file you wish to delete
  8. Close out the GJIREVO screen when you have completed your review/deletions
