Using Outlook and Bookings instead of Calendly

How do I sync my Outlook calendar to Calendly?

Can Outlook do the same thing as Calendly?

Cause

Calendly is not approved for use as Microsoft 365 tools already provide that functionality without exposing calendar data to a 3rd party vendor.

Resolution

The same functionality exists in Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Bookings.

  1. Setup a Personal Bookings page to allow others to schedule time with you
  2. Use Microsoft Outlook to send out a meeting poll to find a time that works for a group of people
