How do I view my online bookstore purchase details?

How do I find my online bookstore order details?

Environment

• Charlie's Bookstore & Fan Shop
• usd.textbookx.com
• USD's Online Bookstore

Cause

The Purchases area provides information about your order:

• order date
• order number
• shipping information
• cost of order
• items ordered with type of book (new, used, Ebook, rental, marketplace)
• seller information
• tracking information, if available
• Ebook code information
• Email a marketplace seller.

Resolution

1. Go to USD’s Online Bookstore
2. Sign in with your USD credentials
3. In the upper right-hand corner, click on your name
4. Select Purchases
5. Select View/Edit Order Details to print a receipt of your order
