    1. Student: contact the Online Bookstore (TextbookX) through your Online Bookstore account Help menu
    2. Faculty: email Adoptions@vitalsource.com
  2. Charlie’s Bookstore & Fan Shop question
    1. Located in the MUC (Muenster University Center) Room 115C
    2. Online help at Ask Charlie's Bookstore & Fan Shop a Question 
      1. Click Ask a Question 
      2. Add what is needed
      3. Click Request

Note: USD Fan Merchandise can be ordered online at Charlie's Bookstore & Fan Shop and textbooks can be ordered through the student's Online Bookstore account.
