Medatrax is an online tracking system that Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) students use to manage their clinical experience

Resolution

1. Phone Medatrax at 1-800-647-4838 or
2. Email Medatrax Support at webmaster@medatrax.com
3. Support is available:
   1. Monday-Friday: 8:00-9:00 pm CST
   2. Saturday: 8:00-12:00 pm CST
   3. Sunday: Closed
      
      Note:  Medatrax does not provide support on federal & designated company holidays. Medatrax shall respond to all questions about the operational activities relating to the client software application.
