How do I reach a book store marketplace seller?

Cause

I have a question about the marketplace delivery for a book bought through usd.textbookx.com

Resolution

  1. Go to USD’s Online Bookstore
  2. Sign in with your USD credentials
  3. Select Help at the top of the page
  4. Select I need help with my order
  5. Select the order
  6. Click Pick for the marketplace book
  7. Select How do I contact the seller?
  8. Select a subject from the dropdown menu for the message
  9. Type a message
  10. Select Send Message
  11. In the upper right-hand corner, click on your name
  12. Select Messages to monitor the seller’s response
  13. For further assistance contact the online bookstore directly under the Help Tab
