Classroom Will Not Connect to Zoom Through Touch Panel

Issue/Question

Classroom is not listed in zoom meeting after connecting through the Crestron touch panel

Environment

• Zoom SIP connection

Resolution

1. Open Call Setup on the Crestron touch panel or xPanel
2. Tap Default for Call Type
3. Tap Hang Up
4. Enter correct address to connect to conference or zoom meeting
5. Tap Call
