Cannot Access D2L Course Assignments

Issue/Question

I cannot open my course assignments

I cannot view course discussion posts or access quizzes

I am unable to open links to assignments

Environment

• Desire2Learn(D2L)

Cause

Course content is restricted by availability dates

Resolution

• If course content has a start date it will not be accessible until the start date begins
• If course content has an end date it will not be accessible after that date.
• If course content has a pre-requisite, it will not be visible till that is met
