General question on how Affiliates are stored

Resolution

Note: Not ALL Affiliates are stored in Banner - ESC, Geological Survey, Public Broadcasting, SOME Aramark employees are stored in Banner, as well as some Affiliates associated with departments

  1. Affiliates are coded on the Additional Identification tab on the PPAIDEN screen in Banner Admin
  2. The ID Type is set to AFFL, the Additional Identification is set to USD
  3. If querying this data, the table is GORADID
