Cause

The South Dakota Board of Regents SNAP portal will transition to a new platform on Feb. 1, 2021, resulting in a new look. The new portal URL will be https://portal.sdbor.edu/. The old SNAP URL will be automatically forward to the new portal after Feb. 1.

Resolution

1. New URL https://portal.sdbor.edu/
2. Login credentials will remain the same
   • Username: Full email address
   • Password: The password you setup
