How to request access to SimCapture SSO

Environment

  • B-Line Medical
  • Laerdal
  • Active Directory Federated Services (ADFS)
  • Active Directory

Cause

User(s) cannot authenticate via the SimCapture SSO URL

Resolution

  1.  Please contact the Service Desk with the following information: 
    1. The email addresses of the user(s) that need access to SimCapture (B-Line)
    2. Is this for Nursing SimCapture or the Med School?
