Request to change access for iPads on lab

We need to add a new app on our iPads, but we cannot access the app store

Environment

• Jamf
• iPad

Cause

USD manages the apps and settings on lab iPads with a mobile device management application

Resolution

1. Click the Software Request button on this page to create a ticket include the following information 
   1. Name
   2. iPad lab location
   3. Description of changes or software requested
